A selection of classic cocktails. From the deliciously simple Daiquiri to the indulgent Grasshopper, I’m a fan of a well-crafted cocktail. I’m fortunate enough to live in Sydney’s Inner West where there is an abundance of incredible cocktail bars and creative bartenders. These works are inspired by the many great evenings I’ve had out in Enmore and Newtown.
